TaskFlow's config service stores a small JSON blob in S3. Overnight the reader started failing with AccessDenied on GetObject even though the IAM credentials still work for other S3 calls.
Someone "tightened" the bucket policy during a security review. Your job is to restore read access for the config object so the TaskFlow reader can write its status file again — without needing a specific policy JSON shape.
