Prometheus is scraping TaskFlow, but the target stays DOWN. Find the wrong metrics path and get the scrape healthy.
Puzzle Overview
TaskFlow's on-call dashboard shows a Prometheus scrape target stuck DOWN. A tiny metrics app is listening on this host at port 8080, and Prometheus is installed as a systemd service with a scrape job named `taskflow`.
The app is healthy and exposes Prometheus text metrics — yet the Prometheus UI / targets API still reports the job as DOWN. Something about how the scrape is configured does not match where the metrics actually live.
Your job: diagnose why the `taskflow` target is DOWN, fix the scrape configuration (or equivalent), and leave Prometheus successfully scraping the app so the target is UP (or `taskflow_up` queries to 1).
