Puzzle Overview

TaskFlow's local package registry is supposed to be reachable at registry.taskflow.internal. Hitting the loopback address directly returns a healthy page, but every health check that uses the hostname gets connection refused.

Public DNS still works — this is not a resolver outage. Someone "helpfully" adjusted how that internal hostname maps on this box. Find the lie and make the hostname reach the service that is already running.
