In this project, you'll learn TaskFlow's complete technical architecture, the real, already-decided stack (Vue 3, FastAPI, PostgreSQL) that every lab from Week 5 onward clones and builds against, and document it. Each task starts from a real, annotated model answer explaining why an experienced team made each call, then has you write that reasoning up in your own words, this is how platform engineers actually work with an existing system: understand it well enough to explain it, before you're the one extending it. With that understanding in place, you'll write the README, contributing guide, and API documentation that turn TaskFlow's design into something a teammate (or a future you) can actually pick up and use.
This lab continues pushing your work to the same GitHub fork you set up in Project 1.5, every task ends with a commit and push, so by the end of this lab your fork has the full architecture and documentation set behind it.

Understand and explain a real multi-tier application architecture with clear separation of concerns

Understanding of platform engineering concepts
Completed the "Get Access to Your TaskFlow Repository" lesson (GitHub org access requested, taskflow forked)
