Create, Install, and Use Ansible Roles

Roles are the standard way to organize and reuse Ansible automation. In this lab, you will create roles from scratch and use community roles from Ansible Galaxy.

You will:

• Use ansible-galaxy init to scaffold role directory structures
• Create an Apache role with tasks, handlers, templates, and default variables
• Create a MySQL role for database automation
• Use a requirements.yml file to install community roles
• Apply RHEL System Roles for SELinux management
