This is your final certification lab -- a hands-on assessment of the platform engineering skills you have built throughout the bootcamp.

You will tackle four real-world scenarios that each require deploying and configuring real Kubernetes resources:

1. Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform -- Build namespace isolation, tiered resource quotas, network policies, and a Backstage Software Template for self-service tenant onboarding. 2. FinTech Compliance Platform -- Implement network segmentation, Kubernetes Secrets for sensitive data, RBAC for least-privilege access, and register payment services in a Backstage catalog with compliance metadata. 3. Developer Portal and Self-Service -- Deploy Backstage, populate a service catalog for a microservices e-commerce application, and create Software Templates that let developers provision new services through self-service. 4. Observability and Incident Response -- Deploy Prometheus and Grafana, configure alerting rules, build dashboards, and integrate observability links into Backstage catalog entities.

The final task verifies that every resource you built across all four scenarios is running correctly.
