In this project, you'll apply the DevOps culture principles you've learned to create a vision for TaskFlow, the task management platform you'll build throughout the bootcamp.

This isn't just a planning exercise - it's your first practice thinking like a platform engineer who understands both technical and business perspectives. You'll define what TaskFlow should be, who it serves, and how it creates value.

By the end of this project, you'll have:

• A clear vision for the TaskFlow platform
• Core features with business justification
• User stories from a DevOps perspective
• Success metrics to measure platform value

This is also the first lab where your work gets pushed to your own GitHub repository (forked in the previous lesson) instead of staying on the lab VM. Every TaskFlow lab from here forward builds on that same repo.
