Set up Backstage internal developer portal and learn React fundamentals by comparing to Vue.js. Install Backstage, understand the architecture, and compare React patterns (JSX, hooks, useState, useEffect) to Vue.js Composition API. Create a complete service catalog for TaskFlow components with proper metadata, relationships, and integrations.

You'll register all TaskFlow microservices (frontend, backend, database, Redis) in Backstage catalog, document APIs and dependencies, link to GitHub repositories, and set up catalog relationships.

Learn React while building practical platform engineering solutions.
