The Taskflow team installed a pre-commit hook meant to reject staged diffs that introduce TODO markers. Something went wrong during the rollout: now every `git commit` fails immediately, including commits with no TODO at all.
The initial README commit landed before the hook was installed. Your job is to repair (or replace) the hook so clean commits succeed again while TODO-bearing commits are still rejected.
