Implementing GitOps Principles with ArgoCD
Master all four OpenGitOps principles hands-on using ArgoCD - declarative, versioned, pulled automatically, and continuously reconciled
Lab Overview
This lab demonstrates all four OpenGitOps principles using ArgoCD. You'll implement each principle through practical exercises that prepare you for the CGOA certification exam.
The four principles you'll implement: 1. Declarative: Define system configuration as declarative code 2. Versioned and Immutable: Store configuration in version control with immutable history 3. Pulled Automatically: Software agents automatically pull configuration 4. Continuously Reconciled: Agents continuously reconcile actual vs desired state
This lab aligns with the CGOA exam domain "GitOps Principles" which covers 30% of the exam content.
